All technical drawings are created in-house to ensure the essence and quality of our concept reaches the construction phase.

Our design and project management fees are fixed at the beginning of the project and we guarantee to pass on 100% of the trade discount we receive on all procured items including, materials, off-the-shelf furniture. This is not standard practice, and we are proud to deliver unprecedented value for our clients.
