Our team leads the coordination of every detail, liaising with the consultants and specialists involved in the project. Nicolas personally reports upon every aspect of the project, too, so the client can make informed decisions using the right information. And our unique live reporting system means our clients can review their project’s status at any time, from anywhere in the world.
For us, it’s absolutely a case of quality of service, not quantity of projects on the go. We carefully select and intentionally limit in number the projects we take on to enable Nicolas to dedicate time to creating, managing and delivering each one to the highest standards.

From the outset, our in-house project management team will structure the project set-up to ensure it aligns with the client’s brief, budget and programme requirements. Where our scope allows, we will appoint all required third party consultants and suppliers from our pre-vetted, trusted network. We will routinely keep the client updated on the project progress throughout the duration of the project, providing full access to our live reporting system.
Our project managers keep a close eye on cost and programme throughout the works and will be actively involved in resolving any issues as they arise. Our approach is hands on, and we work closely with the contractor to ensure the project delivery commitments are met.
Our team can fully manage the tender and procurement process, providing a full set of employer’s requirements for contractors to price. Our multi-disciplinary team will then review and narrow down all contractor quotations and appoint the most suitable firm. We will only invite trusted, reputable contractors to price our projects. This provides our clients with the right calibre of builder and peace of mind that we have the right people for the job.
As part of our project management duties, we will ensure the contractual obligations of all parties are fulfilled. In a project management capacity, we will carry our periodic valuations with the appointed contractor and make sure payments are made in line with works progressed on site. We will implement all necessary contract administration.
We will ensure the construction on site progresses in line with the employer’s requirements. In conjunction with our design team, all design information produced by the contractor and relevant suppliers will be checked prior to manufacture or implementation on site. Our job is to work closely with the client to turn their vision into an original expression of the design they want.
At the close of a project, we will carry out detailed quality control procedures to ensure the property achieves the quality expected. Any defects will be identified and corrected. For ongoing maintenance after the contractual period has ended, we are able to recommend one of our trusted property management partners, who will be happy to assist with the aftercare of the property going forward.
