Throughout construction, we work closely with the client to turn their vision into an original expression of the design they set out to achieve – overseeing every stage on site, and working alongside our design team to check all information produced by contractors and suppliers before manufacture or implementation.

Handover, defect liability
& after careAt the close of a project, we carry out detailed quality control procedures to confirm the property meets the standard expected, identifying and correcting any defects along the way. Beyond the contractual period, we can recommend one of our trusted property management partners to support with ongoing maintenance and aftercare.
