5* Luxury Residences

This project is setting a new benchmark in luxury living in this region of the Middle East and we have been commissioned to design 120 branded luxury residences and amenities with one of the best hospitality brands in the world. This luxury development will include a gym, private cinema, lounge and children’s play area.

Drawing inspiration from the rich local architecture and colour palette, we developed the design narrative to compliment the local surroundings, ensuring a remarkable level of detail. We reinterpreted the original pattern, shape and form to deliver a sophisticated interior with a sense of home. The rich colour palette includes a beautiful Verde Guatemala marble, mother of pearl inlay and authentic plaster feature.
