Our client acquired this apartment in the heart of Kensington as an investment. Our talented team at Rive Gauche were commissioned to design and manage the complete development from concept to completion.

By reconfiguring the space, we created a truly exquisite master bedroom with a separate dressing & ensuite bathroom. We completely opened up the living and dining rooms by removing unnecessary circulation space whilst respecting the essence of the building and retaining the existing architectural features.

Combining the existing features with a modern, minimal design and neutral colour palette, we introduced beautiful pieces of artwork, bringing touches of bolder colours into the ‘art-gallery like’ space.

The stunning floor timber throughout is a white oak parquet and inspired by the original Versailles pattern and the dining room chandelier, a bespoke Rive Gauche commission, is a an exquisite centrepiece for this stunning penthouse apartment.
